A. No, it does not. We use advanced live scan technology to digitally capture your fingerprints and print them onto a card, ensuring a clean and mess-free experience.
Q. What does Morrissette Legal Services do with my fingerprints after scanning?
A. Your privacy is our priority. We ensure that fingerprint cards and images are not retained beyond 30 calendar days post-receipt or upon successful completion of the transaction, whichever is shorter. All fingerprint data is securely destroyed or deleted, in compliance with the FBI CJIS Security Policy.
